- Enviroclean 12
Enviroclean 12 is Evergreen Chemical Solution’s signature product. It is a water based chemical with a pH of 8.5, 3 zero’s on the haz mat diamond, used for hydrocarbon remediation. In 2009 Operators started using EC12 and water instead of diesel to flush their oil based mud lines before the rig skids over or breaks down to move to its next location. This has provided them with huge cost savings with the constant rising cost of diesel. Since then, rigs have been using EC12 as an all-in-one cleaner on the rig. It can be used for spill clean up around the pad, general cleaning, and to flush our their lines.
In addition to rigs using EC12, this product has been used on beaches to clean tar balls, in canyons to clean oil spills and in refineries for mercury remediation and for VOC/LEL knockdown in confined space entry. Cleaning crews like to use EC12 because of the time savings it provides. For example, when they are doing hard surface cleaning, the washings that get into the dirt DO NOT need to then be scraped and hauled off. Because of what the chemical does to the hydrocarbon, the washing can be left alone for the indigenous microbes to consume.
EC12 is engineered to permanently remove any kind of hydrocarbon from the environment so there are countless markets where it can be used.

A hydrophilic polysaccharide from the seed of the guar plant. It is a galactomannan type of saccharide that is highly dispersible into water and brines of various types and salinity. Its water solutions are non-Newtonian and also can be cross-linked by borax to give very high gel strength for suspension. Such astructure is easily broken by breakers in fracturing fluids, so it serves as a carrier for placing sand far back into fractures. It is also used as a top-hole drilling fluid. Disadvantages of using guar gum include its lack of thermal stability and sensitivity to high pH and bacterial fermentation.

(Carboxymethyl Hydroxypropyl Guar Gum/ CMHPG Guar / Anionic Guar Derivative) CMHPG is double derivative of guar and is versatile Rheology modifier for Oil –field applications. It has better Temperature tolerance than normal Guar Gum. Its use is recommended for Oil-field applications where a rheology controller is expected to work at wide range of Temperatures.
